Moderna CEO Admits Covid ‘Vaccines’ Were Developed ‘in 2019’ Because He Knew ‘Pandemic’ Was Coming

Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel has boasted to fellow World Economic Forum (WEF) members that his company developed Covid mRNA “vaccines” in 2019 because they knew there was “going to be a pandemic.”

Bancel gloated to WEF globalists that he told other executives at Moderna that their advanced knowledge of the Covid pandemic would ensure that they would “make a billion dollars next year” when the coronavirus emerged.

The pharmaceutical head made the admission during a WEF panel discussion where he was asked about “vaccine development.”

Bancel was asked how Moderna and other vaccine makers are able to keep ahead of new variants and how his company was able to produce Covid mRNA injections so quickly.

He responded by touting the “great news” that Moderna was already producing “vaccines” at “full capacity” by 2020, the year the pandemic was declared.

“When the pandemic happened, Moderna had made a hundred thousand doses,” Bancel told WEF members.

He then revealed that Moderna had made the Covid shots “in 2019 for a whole year.”

“I remember walking after Davos into the office of my manufacturing and I say, ‘I will make a billion dollars next year.’

“And they look at me a bit funny and say ‘What?’

Meanwhile, experts around the world are continuing to raise concerns about the long-term impact of the mass vaccination agenda.

As Slay News previously reported, a recent study conducted by a group of leading American medical doctors has confirmed that Moderna’s Covid mRNA “vaccines” can trigger high-grade sarcoma – a type of “turbo cancer” that grows and spreads more quickly than normal.

The study, led by Professor Edward Bae of the State University of New York (SUNY), detailed the case of a patient who was diagnosed with high-grade sarcoma shortly after receiving an mRNA injection.

The researchers were able to identify the second dose of Moderna mRNA “vaccine” as the injection that triggered the cancer.

The surging cancers among the Covid-vaccinated have led a growing number of leading doctors and scientists to speak out against the shots.

Last year, a world-renowned vaccine expert presented evidence during congressional testimony showing that pharmaceutical giant Moderna knows its Covid mRNA shots cause cancer.

Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, testified during a hearing on Capitol Hill led by Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

During his testimony, Malone presented the patent for Moderna’s Covid vaccine.

Moderna’s patent shows that its COVID-19 vaccine vials contain billions of DNA fragments.

Those fragments, along with other contaminants, are linked to birth defects and cancer.

In the patent, Moderna admits that contaminants in the shots cause cancer.

However, as Malone highlights in his testimony, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) apparently ignored this admission when approving the shots for public use.

Malone argues that executives and scientists at Moderna and Pfizer must have known about the risks.

Dr. Malone warned that those who have received the mRNA injections would likely be at risk from “anything that is associated with DNA damage.”

In terms of DNA damage, Malone explains that “birth defects and cancer [are] the most notable ones.”

RFK's confirmation: a potential revolution in US health science?

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been sworn in as the 26th secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) after the U.S. Senate voted 52-48 to confirm his nomination. The news has triggered a flurry of panicked reporting across the legacy press. MSNBC even cut to a commercial break during RFK Jr.’s swearing-in ceremony, effectively censoring him. Rolling Stone lamented how an anti-vax conspiracy theorist will now run the nation's health systems, whilst The Conversation opined that Kennedy was the most unqualified person ever to hold this crucial role of protecting the health of the American people

The worldwide medical freedom movement, of course, has had a quite different reaction. The Age of Autism site ironically thanked the Democratic Party clique that has scandalously maligned and marginalised Kennedy, because, by doing everything possible to invalidate his presidential run, it had placed him squarely in his new role as HHS chief.

Meanwhile, the CEO  of Children's Health Defense Mary Holland said:

Children’s Health Defense is thrilled that our founder Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. has been confirmed as the Secretary of Health and Human Services. It has been a long, tough and ultimately successful road.

“Bobby richly deserves this honor, and CHD is confident that he will make great strides toward the goals he has set for HHS: radical transparency, gold-standard science and making America healthy again.

“We look forward to reporting on HHS activity and advancing HHS objectives where appropriate. CHD will continue to focus on our piece of the American health puzzle: ending the epidemic of chronic childhood disease.”

CHD  went on to explain that Kennedy will oversee the largest budget ( $1.8 trillion in this first year 2025) of any federal agency, as HHS oversees 13 public health agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

But one of the most thoughtful observations came from Max Blumenthal several weeks ago, on X. It placed the rise in Kennedy's profile squarely in the context of the Covid hoax and the subsequent vaccine disaster:

I do not believe @RobertKennedyJr would have ever gained national celebrity and been able to launch a national campaign that vaulted him to the heights of Trumpworld had The Science(TM) that informed the Covid response proven even remotely correct.

If the mRNA "vaccine" had not failed on every stated promise; had the CDC and WHO not changed the very definition of vaccine to accommodate its failure to prevent transmission or infection; had countless working class Americans not lost their jobs for refusing to take the jab, while others were forcibly injected in order to keep their livelihoods, sometimes suffering injury as a result; had mainstream news hosts and politicians including Joe Biden not proposed isolating The Unvaccinated from society, preventing them from traveling, and even from buying food in markets; had the lockdowns not set a generation of children across all social strata back years in their education, while doing nothing to stop the spread; had once-vibrant city centers not transformed to terrifying zombie scenes, shattering countless small businesses, while we were assured by Fauci that it would take just another week or two to flatten the curve; had a dystopian state censorship regime not consolidated its hold over social media platforms, disappearing dissenters from our digital commons those who protested in the streets were often beaten and arrested – had none of this occurred, RFK Jr. would be comfortably ensconced in his home in West LA, still loyal to the Democratic Party, a welcome presence in the world of affluent liberals, and nowhere near the political celebrity he is today. 

But all this happened and worse. Americans were lied to and abused on a massive scale, and RFK was one of the first to tap into the public's anger. And thanks to his Children's Health Defense, he already had an established platform to promote his jeremiads (which focused heavily at the time on the erosion of constitutional rights, not always on vaccine-related issues). 

Though the Covid event was hardly discussed during the 2024 presenting campaign – largely because the corporate media that got almost everything wrong wanted the issue to disappear – it loomed like a heavy cloud. RFK's presence as a Trump surrogate enabled 47 to channel the simmering anger, giving rise to the Make America Healthy Again movement, which became a magnet for alt media-oriented independent voters. Now RFK stands to take over a gargantuan federal agency that has traditionally served as an instrument of Big Pharma and the agribusiness lobby, and which is currently led by a Democrat political operative with no medical or scientific background. The pundits who paint RFK's ascension as an unfortunate triumph of the paranoid style in American politics are whitewashing the failures and sordid deceptions of the credentialed class they represent, while denying the experiences of the millions who paid the price for them. 

It remains to be seen whether RFK or the Trump Administration itself will be able to stem the push for mass vaccination that has not abated since the end of the supposed Covid "pandemic". But the early signs suggest not. Last month Trump stood with the heads of SoftBank, OpenAI, and Oracle to announce a $500 billion investment in a new artificial intelligence company called the Stargate Project. The founder of Oracle, Larry Ellison, explained that his company was working on an AI-driven cancer diagnoses that would companies to gene-sequence tumours and “design a vaccine for every individual person...”. Such a “vaccine”, he claimed, could be created within 48 hours. Further, the vaccines will be mRNA-based, which would compound the genetic fallacy of cancer with the provably catastrophic consequences of Covid vaccine technology.

RFK's meetings with Pfizer execs in the weeks prior to his confirmation suggest that much horse trading has probably taken place behind the scenes, some of which surely involves the drug companies continued immunity (read: impunity) from prosecution. Yet, there is a core component of RFK's Make-America-Healthy-Again plans that will rally widespread support, even amongst some of his opponents. The promises to do away with processed food in schools, remove fluoride from municipal water supply and eliminate the entire nutrition department at the FDA for dereliction of duty have electrified the base of the health freedom movement, and undoubtedly have the US' food and drug industries organising and bracing themselves for the radical shake-up to come.

What Is the Brain?

The brain is a scalar wave computer. It is formed from a scalar wave template and when developed will host a toroidal standing wave complex which acts as the computational centre for holistic cognition. Communication with other parts of the body is by means of longitudinal scalar waves via the myelin sheath surrounding the nerves.


In the case of the Brain of a White Collar Worker a man only had 90% of a full sized brain, He had some leg weakness on one side and a low IQ of around 75 but still managed to maintain a job as a civil servant and to raise a family. This case is cited by some as proof that the brain is not the centre of intelligence and has some other purpose.

We are told by neuro-scientists that the functions of the brain are arranged geographically, with some areas responsible for emotional regulation and others processing visual information etc. Either the brain above has compensated in a spectacular fashion or what we are being told is simply not true.


John Lorber 1915-1996 produced images of hundreds of brains and found many cases of hydrocephalus that had resulted in reduced brain size but with often no great cognitive impairment. In one case, a young man had an IQ of 126, gained a first class honours degree degree in mathematics and had normal social function but hardly any brain.

When we did a brain scan, we saw that instead f the normal 4.5 cm thickness of brain tissue between the ventricles and the cortical surface, there was just a thin layer of mantle measuring a millimetre or so. His cranium is filled mainly with cerebrospinal fluid.” – John Lorber

The man had been referred to a physician as a boy because his head was slightly larger than normal.


What does all this mean?

The conundrum here is that the human head is quite large and uses up a lot of resources, which by itself is an evolutionary disadvantage. There must be some other pressing need then for a large cranium although brain volume seems irrelevant.

The logical conclusion is that the important factors in the workings of the brain are not the volume or number of neurons but instead the overall shape, size and proportions of the organ itself.

To see how this could be so we will need to understand a bit about embryonic development, fluid pressure, scalar waves, electromagnetic forces, fractal holo-fields and the golden ratio.

If, after this, things still seem a bit incredible then we can recall the words of Sherlock Holmes: ”When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.”

In embryonic development we find that blood flow precedes the development of the blood vessels and apparently acts as a guide for their development somehow. Electric fields are suspected and this idea is reinforced by the observation that spiralling blood flow in the aorta is instrumental in the formation of the heart as a spiral vortex machine,

Once the heart is formed, regulation of pressure serves to refine the shape and determine the dimensions of the arteries and indeed the thickness of their walls.

Consideration of development is important. Evolutionary processes are commonly evaluated according to their function but what is hardly ever discussed is that every physical feature in biology has to have a physical cause; there has to be some developmental plan that can result in that organ or ability,

The developmental function of the early brain then is to increase in size thereby exerting a gentle outward pressure (static electric forces) on the still malleable skull and causing it to expand at a controlled rate. There is no need for DNA to be involved here, the forces are physical and the ‘plan’ is simple.

The brain grows in a particular way which determines the rate of expansion of the skull. Grey matter is added in a way that results in a ‘blooming’ much like a cauliflower or cloud might develop. This allows for a refinement of shape which a simple balloon-like inflation would not.

A skull that is expanded via a filling of water will experience equal pressure in every direction and tend to be larger, wider and more spherical than the norm.


The Golden Ratio

The normal skull is not spherical though, it has a very specific shape of very specific proportions and those proportions involve the Golden Ratio.


So to provide fine-grained control the shape of the developing brain then we need a morphogenic field that somehow ‘knows’ about the Golden Ratio.

As luck would have it, the scalar waves of Konstantin Meyl are the ideal candidate for such a function. It isn’t so much that they are capable of such a ratio but that they naturally form three dimensional structures whose most stable state has dimensions in the Golden Ratio.

So these dimensions then are actually ‘hard-coded’ into the laws of physics and it should not be surprising then to find them cropping up all over the place. As an example, the dimensions of the red blood cell are also in this ratio: Blood flow and scalar waves


So a series of linked toroidal scalar waves are suspected of being instrumental in the development of the brain and skull. But what happens once development is complete?

This magneto- electric field now has another function which is to act as the substrate for cognition. The whole brain is the host for a distributed ‘holographic’ field which is responsible for information management for the rest of the body as well as intellectual and emotional computation.

The field is non-dissipative and maintains stability as a toroidal attractor state with the ideal dimensions to suit its physical nature.


Mae-Wan Ho has described the field in the brain as a sequence of nested torii with each layer vibrating to a different frequency and the ratio of the frequencies between adjacent layers as being equal to Φ, the golden ratio again. This ensures that there is minimal resonance between layers of the field and hence least interference but maximal independence between layers of the field. Good design.

Signals are sent to and from the brain via the nerves but again using scalar waves as the transmission medium: Scalar waves and nerves.


Physicists almost unanimously require that the field be holographic in nature, meaning not that it is an illusion but that each part of the field contains all of the information rom the entirety of the field. This means that the field is also fractal (self-similar) in nature with any small part being a miniaturised version of the field as a whole.

The structure of the torus is ideal for representation of such field, being supportive of stable, resonating scalar waves and being describable by the same laws of nature at all physical scales of reality. There is clearly a need in biology for information to move freely from the macro to the sub-atomic and back so the idea of a holo-field is pretty much a necessity given only this requirement and nothing else.

In the new field physics of Konstantin Meyl, there is no Plank Length, no minimum size to any piece of the universe and so any piece of bio-field can theoretically hold an arbitrary large amount of information.

In one experiment, tissue from a human brain was implanted in a mouse and an immediate increase in learning ability was demonstrated, leading the experimenters to conclude that it isn’t so much the size of brain that is important as the quality of the tissue.

Another interpretation is that along with the material substance of the brain, the scientists had transplanted a piece of the holo-field containing all of the information from the human brain including memories, emotional processing and sense of self. This structure had merged with the field of the mouse to produce what is essentially a single hybrid consciousness.

Advisable not to try this at home, maybe.

Life after death‘ experiences are recorded where a patient will describe complex and coherent experiences that happened whilst zero cortical activity was recorded. This is because the scientists were recording classical electric fields only which are radiative and hence measurable. Scalar waves are non-dissipative and difficult to measure.

Summary

The brain is a scalar wave computer whose proportions derive from its development and are also instrumental in its eventual function. The overall dimensions are crucial to its performance by electromagnetic vibration and not chemical exchanges in the neurons.

A millimetre of grey matter appears to be all that is necessary to create a toroidal signals transducer of Golden Ratio dimensions but brain geometry that is irregular can disrupt the standing wave within the skull and result in impaired cognition.

Damage to specific areas of the brain will disrupt the field in specific ways which makes it appear that function is somehow attached to physical material when it is really a ‘holistic’ or holographic field with information distributed across the whole field and very likely throughout the entire body.

A Complete Guide to Transhumanism

‘Transhumanism’ is an ‘intellectual and cultural movement’ that promotes the use of technology in order to advance the human condition. What this essentially means, is that a transhumanist is someone who believes we should use technology in order to give ourselves enhanced abilities – higher IQs, greater strength, longer lifespans, sharper senses… you name it. Citius, altius, fortius…


Transhuman technology meanwhile, is the technology that one might use in order to accomplish this; including things like gene therapy, bionics and artificial intelligence. And someone who has successfully used transhuman technologies in order to enhance themselves? That would be a posthuman.

What makes all this particularly fascinating though and highly relevant, is the fact that many of the technologies we would need in order to start advancing mankind in this way already exist. Either that, or they are on the verge of being developed to a usable condition. What’s more incredible still, is that many of the technologies will one day be simple and affordable enough that they could be carried out in a home-made lab with only a modest investment.

This is a very real ethical and cultural debate that will be coming to the fore over the next decade and probably in the next few years. The question is, where will you stand on all this? Of course it’s an area that should be of great fascination to anyone interested in self-development, productivity, nootropics, bodybuilding or biohackers…

History

It wouldn’t be a detailed guide to transhumanism if we didn’t discuss the history at least a little. Going back to the beginning, then, the first transhuman proposals were possibly those postulated by the Geneticist J. B. S. Haldane, whose essay ‘Science and the Future’ discussed some transhuman concepts very early on. Unfortunately, Haldane was also interested in eugenics which is an association that the transhumanist movement generally tries to avoid.

Haldane’s essay prompted a response from a crystallographer from Cambridge, whose essay ‘The World, The Flesh and the Devil’ discussed how transhuman technologies could aid in space colonization – an idea that is generally popular among transhumanists.

The first use of the term ‘transhumanism’ is generally credited to Julian Huxley, who some consider the founder of transhumanism. In his article, he put forward an argument for human enhancement very similar to the one used by transhumanists today.

Of course, as technology has developed, so transhumanism has become increasingly a relevant discussion; while the web has also aided the proliferation of such ideals. This is also why we’re seeing it referenced with increasing regularity in fiction.

Interestingly, there are now many ‘currents’ within transhumanism; as different leading thinkers have different things to say on the subject. These schools of thought include but are not limited to:

Abolitionism: The idea that we have an obligation to use technology in order to end suffering for all sentient life.

Democratic transhumanism: A political movement emphasizing the use of transhuman technologies in supporting and promoting democracy

Extropianism: Advocates taking a ‘proactive’ approach to human evolution

Immortalism: The view that we should use technology in order to eliminate ageing and ideally achieve immortality through one means or another

Libertarian transhumanism: The synthesis of libertarianism and transhumanism.

Postgenderism: The idea that we should evolve past gender via biotechnology and alternative means of reproduction

Singularitarianism: The belief in and desire for a technological ‘singularity’ – a point in time when technological advancement accelerates so rapidly as to create a kind of utopia

Technogaianism: A movement to use technologies in order to restore the environment – transhuman technology included. For instance, we might be able to make ourselves more ‘energy efficient’ were we to be smaller.

Some transhumanists meanwhile, such as the vocal advocate, designer and author of ‘Primo Posthuman’ Natasha Vita More, often talk about transhumanism as a form of self-expression – as an opportunity to design our own bodies the way we see fit and treat them almost like a canvas.

In many ways, it could be argued that mankind has always had an urge to expand beyond its boundaries and better itself – and that this has always been the aim of technology, ever since we first lit a fire. In that way, transhumanism might be considered simply a natural evolution.

While transhumanism has had an interesting past though, it is about to enter its most critical chapter yet as we are on the verge of realizing the technologies that would make posthumanism possible.

Top Transhuman Technologies

Before we go further, let’s take a look at some of the top transhuman technologies, where we are with them and what their implications are. We’ll break these down into some basic categories…

Genetic Engineering

One of the most interesting technologies for a transhumanist, is genetic engineering. This is the use of various processes aimed at altering the expression of particular genes or even inserting new genetic material into the genome.

As you probably know, our DNA – stored within the nucleus of every cell – is the genetic ‘code’ that tells our body how to build and repair tissue. It contains everything you would need in order to grow a ‘new you’, only it’s a little more complicated than your average flat-pack furniture.

Nevertheless, we have managed now to identify the roles of many genes within the human body which allows us to say with some certainty what inserting new DNA will do, or ‘suppressing’ particular genes. We have learned this in part by using ‘knockout mice’ – mice with particular genes suppressed so that we can observe the outcome.

The tricky part is inserting said genetic material in to the cell in such a way that it will be likely to be accepted into the genome and then replicated as the cell divides. To do this, we must use a ‘vector’ which is a ‘transporter’. Currently the most popular option involves using a virus such as a retrovirus that has been genetically modified itself, and then getting that to infect the cells and multiply itself. The problem is that this isn’t a very accurate method: there is a risk that we could accidentally ‘overwrite’ important lines of genetic code this way which might lead to tumors and other problems. Furthermore, the use of a virus – even a harmless one – can trigger an immune response making it dangerous. We are able to modify retroviruses and make knockout mice because the genes are inserted into the germ cell before birth (the sperm or the egg). This is called ‘germ-line therapy’ as opposed to ‘somatic therapy’. Transhumanists are more interested in somatic gene therapy, as it gives the individual the ability to choose their genetic modifications.

For those who see genetic modification as desirable, there is hope. There are other vector options for instance that show promise, such as the use of injections, gene guns, magnetofection or even nanoparticles. Having your DNA altered by nanorobots… it sure doesn’t get much more science fiction than that. Another option involves treating stem cells from bone marrow and then injecting them back in to the body. This allows for more precision and removes the need for a viral vector. Using different viruses such as lentiviruses also may pose less risk.

It’s also possible to inject new DNA into the surrounding membrane of the cell and not into the nucleus itself. This way, the new DNA will be expressed, but it will not be replicated during cell division. This type of ‘non-insertional’ gene therapy is only temporary, but removes many of the potential risks. Non-insertional gene therapy can also be achieved using adeno-associated viruses. It’s worth noting that some cells – such as immune cells or liver cells – survive for decades.

And despite the current challenges facing genetic modification, the process has been used successfully in a therapeutic capacity in a number of instances.

Possible Transhuman Uses for Genetic Modification

These techniques have been developed primarily in order to treat a number of genetic conditions. Right now they aren’t 100% safe or effective, but in the next few years they may well be and we could use non-insertional gene doping relatively safely right now.

So what are the transhuman applications for this kind of technology?

Myostatin for Super Strength

One example would be to knock out the myostatin gene. This is a gene responsible – as you might have guessed – for producing the protein myostatin. Myostatin’s main role in the body appears to be the suppression of muscles and by removing it, we can see an immediate increase in muscle size and strength.

What’s really interesting though, is that this has already been achieved in mice (1). That’s right, ‘super mice’ with naturally exaggerated strength and muscle mass have been created through germ-line genetic modification. It led to no negative side effects either.


And in case you’re still not convinced this would be a viable treatment, consider that animals and humans have been recorded as having this mutation occur naturally. It can also be achieved through selected breading in certain species of animal. The ‘Belgian Blue Cow’ is a species of cow that all have this mutation. It’s even thought possible that some bodybuilders could have the mutation (or a variant on it). Flex Wheeler is reported to have claimed to have such a mutation.

So then bodybuilders, in the near future you could get a 30% boost in muscle mass – possibly even permanently – from a single injection.

Erythropoetin

Erythropoietin is a hormone responsible for the production of red blood cells. EPO can be used already as a performance enhancer, but using gene therapy it might be possible to provide this extra EPO production endogenously (2). In fact, this one is quite far along as the therapy has already been trademarked by Oxford Biomedica as ‘Repoxygen’ – intended to treat anemia (yeah right). It has also been proven in mice, but has yet to be extensively tested on human subjects.

Using these two methods of ‘gene doping’ (the term used when gene therapy is used for performance enhancement), it would already be possible to have someone who could lift much heavier items and run for sustained periods. I personally, would be most interested in a therapy to increase the ratio/activation of fast and super-fast muscle fiber – which is also very much on the cards.

Telomerase Gene Therapy

Not interested in becoming a super soldier? Then how about just living much longer?

By increasing the production of telomerase through gene therapy, researchers have managed to slow down ageing by 24% for mice – from a single treatment (3). Telomerase is an enzyme that is normally only active before birth in most cells and that works by ‘adding’ to the end of DNA sequences. In effect this means it repairs the ‘telomeres’, which are the non-essential ends of DNA. This is important, because a little DNA is lost during mitosis every time a cell splits. For a while, telomeres provide a ‘buffer’ ensuring no vital data is corrupted, but once the telomeres run out, information starts getting lost and we begin to age.

By increasing telomerase then, we can rebuild the telomeres and thus increase the number of divisions our DNA can go through before getting ground down. In the study, it was found that the treatment was more effective the earlier it was administered. In an earlier 2007 study, it was found that using the same process in germ-line gene therapy could extend the lifespan up to 40%.

This is only one process by which ageing may occur. Our cells are also bombarded constantly throughout our lives by ‘free radicals’ which can gradually cause them to deteriorate and even damage our DNA. Gene therapy may also be able to defend against this process however, by thickening the cell membranes. This would also make us less susceptible to radiation and even heat!

These are three big possible transhuman applications for gene doping, but there are many other potential uses. For instance, it wouldn’t be a big stretch to imagine inserting a gene to increase the production of certain neurotransmitters in the brain (which could be done with non-insertional therapy). Endogenous modafinil anyone?

Bionics

Bionics, in the transhuman sense, is the use of robotics in order to enhance the human condition. This might mean for instance, swapping out your arm for a robotic arm that can punch through walls ‘Deus Ex Human Revolution’ style. Already, some bionic limbs are demonstrably superior from the originals in some ways. The blades worn by amputee runners for instance, are in some cases more energy efficient than running on ‘normal legs’. Of course they’re inferior in many other ways, but it’s certainly possible to imagine how this might not be the case in future.


Replacing limbs is only one possible transhuman application of bionics however. At the same time, we might imagine one day being able to upgrade or augment our eyesight. ‘Bionic eyes’ already exist which (4) work by stimulating the optic nerve in order to create a low resolution representation of the outside world. One day this same technology could actually increase our resolution, allow us to see a greater range of wavelengths, or to experience augmented reality.

Brain chips have already been used in order to stimulate neurons for other aims too. A couple of patients for instance have already received ‘brain chips’ designed to stimulate the brain in such a way as to combat depression (full store here). We know that suppressing the areas of the brain relating to language can increase maths ability, while stimulating the memory centers can uncover lost memories – so imagine what could potentially come from stimulating the brain this way. This wouldn’t necessarily need an implant thanks to the possibility of ‘Transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation’ that can work through the scalp.

Direct brain-computer interfaces are also an area of interest for transhumanists. Already there have been cases of paralyzed patients using brain implants in order to interface with machines and even surf the web, while some companies are already developing crude external ‘brain controllers’ for computer games and other applications. More life-changing though, might be the ability to implant a ‘harddrive’ into your brain to gain photographic memory, or even to increase your cognitive skills with some sort of built-in calculator…

Other Technologies

Gene doping and bionics are only two examples of transhuman technologies that are in development/already available. Some of these are relatively mundane, while others are insanely ambitious.

It is a desire for many transhumanists for instance to actually upload themselves to the internet by encoding their consciousness. Others would like to have their brains removed and kept alive artificially – such that they would be able to control a robotic body. This might sound completely like science fiction, but terrifyingly monkey brains have already been kept alive outside of the body and still shown activity. This is what’s known as an ‘isolated brain’. One researcher has even managed the successful head transplant of a monkey (though the monkey died after seven days when the body rejected the new tissue). Back to the less disturbing meanwhile, some people consider Iron Man-like endoskeletons (battle armour!) to be examples of transhumanism, while nanotechnology holds many potentials. Virtual reality could be considered almost transhuman and could certainly be used for transhuman applications (Lawnmower Man style!).

AI is also often discussed alongside other topics (read this on the Game of Life, it’s only loosely related but I think it holds the key to unlocking artificial intelligence). AI is the ‘posthuman’ that was never human to begin with. It’s also AI that might someday lead to the singularity – the point where technology begins to accelerate so quickly that the world becomes unrecognizable in no time at all. When you consider the technological advancements that a super-advanced AI would make possible, you can understand how this might happen.

Examples of ‘Posthumans’ Already Among Us

If you consider anyone who has used a transhuman technology in order to enhance themselves a posthuman (normally we reserve the term for those who have changed a significant amount, but go with it), then there are already transhumans living among us.

One great example is the legendary Kevin Warwick. Warwick is a researcher and figurehead for transhumanism who has used himself as a human guinea pig – going as far as to implant a microelectrode array into his own nervous system – allowing him to remotely control a robotic arm by moving his own arm and even to achieve a crude form of ‘telepathic’ communication with his wife who also received implants (5). It’s worth noting that the implant was eventually extracted due to mechanical failure – nevertheless it was a success in the meantime and a relatively non-invasive procedure.

Meanwhile, there also exists an entire underground movement of ‘grinders’ who are interested in using available technology to push the limits of the human body using themselves as human laboratories. As they put it on biohack.me they ‘hack [their] bodies with artifacts from the future-present’.

That’s right, this is going on right now. While there are some ambitious goals being thrown around on the forums, the most common biohack to be performed effectively is the neodymium magnet implant. Here a magnet is implanted in the nerve-dense tip of one finger and via a small surgical procedure. Because neodymium is such a strong magnet, it will actually vibrate slightly when in an electromagnetic field. This essentially gives the user a ‘sixth sense’ as they are able to detect the presence of fields which would otherwise be undetectable without external hardware.

Defining Transhumanism

In many ways though, you could consider transhuman technology to already be commonplace – it all depends on your definition of the word. If you consider transhuman technology to be anything that allows us to subjectively ‘improve’ the human condition, then really many things we use today could be considered examples.

An obvious candidate would be something like plastic surgery or even tattoos and piercings. If we consider that the people making these changes believe they are improving themselves through technology, then in a way that is transhuman.

Of course we normally reserve the term for less cosmetic changes and more significant alterations to the human ‘skill set’. In that case though, we might consider current performance enhancing techniques to be transhuman in a way. What about steroids or even caffeine for instance? Sure, neither of these are permanent, but then neither is non-insertional gene doping which we do generally consider transhuman. And yes, anabolic steroids have side effects that could be considered almost sub-human, but really any improvement is subjective and almost bound to come at some cost. Just try increasing your brain’s ability to focus for instance, without it also negatively affecting your creativity. Likewise, an increase in fast twitch muscle fibre could theoretically decrease slow-twitch fibre (proportionally at least) thus negatively impacting on endurance. Does that make it not transhumanism?

Some could even look at the web or smartphones as a type of transhumanism. We use them every day almost as an extension of ourselves and in that way a smartphone is almost an ‘exo-cortex’. A smartwatch or Google Glass only takes this further. And if an Iron Man suit is transhuman technology, why not shoes that give you extra jumping height?


In general, the weak definition of transhuman technology is likely to cause many debates moving forward and be a limiting factor. This is especially true when you consider the vast differences between proposed transhuman technologies. If you embrace transhumanism does that mean you embrace all of it? Can’t you be a fan of gene therapy while not supporting life extension… or vice versa? If we tar every technology with the same brush, it may well prevent safer and more viable technologies from becoming available.

With transhuman technologies, ideologies and objectives so varied and disparate, it’s no wonder that there are so many ‘currents’ within the larger movement.

The Ethical Debate

This brings us nicely to the small matter of ethics. Transhumanism has always been a divisive subject, owing to the massive implications it has for our entire way of life and the fact that it will impact on nearly every aspect of human existence.

As briefly mentioned, a concern for life extension would be the inflation for the population. Where would everyone go? And would we have enough supplies if we all lived 30% longer? One possible answer is space colonization, but we are currently much closer to extending the human lifespan than we are to being able to populate other planets.

Then there is the possibility of a worsening class divide. Imagine if only wealthy people could afford to become immune to disease, to increase the lifespan of their children in-utero, or to enhance their IQ. In such a scenario, you would create a genuine ‘second class citizen’.


You also need to think about where these technologies would likely find use first and foremost: the answer being sporting competitions and the military. What are the ethics behind a supersoldier? Perhaps one made not to feel pain? And how will sports cope with gene doping that is almost impossible to detect? Bodybuilders: how would you feel if the general population were suddenly able to get as strong as you with no need to do any actual training? You’d then possibly feel pressured into doing the same just in order to keep up (though this is already a bit of an issue in bodybuilding thanks to anabolic steroids). Again, this isn’t science fiction – these are questions we’ll be forced to answer in the next few years. Some experts even expected to see gene doping as early as the 2012 Olympics. We’ve missed that deadline, but it’s only a matter of time…

Perhaps my biggest complaint with some of the transhuman community is their disinterest in improving themselves through training. I can’t understand why someone would express an interest in a myostatin injection, and yet not already be working out. When that’s the case, you can’t help but wonder if people are looking for an ‘easy solution’. And wouldn’t that cheapen the journey somewhat? Shouldn’t strength be earned? (I’ll weigh in with my detailed views on the ethics of transhumanism in a future post).

Then there are questions regarding what it might do to our identity as ‘humans’ and the religious aspect. What could happen to us were we to start playing God and leave behind our humanity? And while it might sound like the stuff of comic books… what if it got into the hands of the wrong people? We could have genuine ‘supervillains’.

On the other hand, a transhumanist might argue that it should be our human right to express and change ourselves in any way we desire. That we could use transhuman technologies to end suffering, lead to greater advancements in other areas, expand into the stars and cure the planet. Some people are concerned that transhumanism would lead to us all looking the same as ‘perfect’ Ken and Barbie dolls, but transhumanists themselves say the opposite would be true – that we’d finally be able to change our bodies to demonstrate our personalities and to serve our interests and hobbies. Transhumanism could open us up to whole new experiences and it could actually help us to remove inequality by giving us all the means to be the best versions of ourselves – the way we interpret that.

We have always had an urge to expand ourselves and to test our limits and many of the breakthroughs we enjoy today were the result of taking risks. Show a car to someone from the 17th Century and they would probably tell you it was unethical and unsafe. They wouldn’t necessarily be wrong either, but does that mean we should have never invented the automobile?

‘Jaw-dropping’ Study Finds Vaccinated Children Have 170% Higher Risk of Autism


Vaccinated children have a 170% higher chance of being diagnosed with autism compared to unvaccinated children, according to a new peer-reviewed study.

The study also found that vaccinated children had a 212% greater likelihood of developing a range of other neurodevelopmental disorders, including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), epilepsy/seizures, brain inflammation and tic and learning disorders.

According to the study, the childhood vaccination schedule is likely a significant contributor to the higher rate of autism and neurodevelopmental conditions in vaccinated children.

The study of 47,155 9-year-old children enrolled in the Florida Medicaid program since birth was published on Jan. 23 in Science, Public Health Policy and the Law.

Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., senior research scientist for Children’s Health Defense, said the paper “is unignorable simply by the soundness of its methods.”

“The sheer hazards associated with severe childhood diseases is jaw-dropping,” Jablonowski said.

The paper’s authors — Anthony R. Mawson and Binu Jacob of the Mississippi-based Chalfont Research Institute — hypothesized that:

  • Childhood vaccination is associated with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Increasing numbers of vaccinations lead to a higher risk of autism.
  • Vaccinated preterm babies are at greater risk of neurodevelopmental disorders than unvaccinated babies.

The study’s findings confirmed the authors’ hypotheses. Experts said the results of the study cast doubt on government claims that vaccines are not linked to autism.

“The vaccine propaganda campaigns operated by our regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies, and legacy media continue to claim that the link between vaccines and autism has been ‘debunked,’” said epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher. He said the findings of this study “completely dismantle” this narrative.

Jablonowski noted that the study was based solely on government data. He said:

“The government has had this data for decades, professing safety while simultaneously refusing to study safety. The facade of U.S. government public health is crumbling, revealing a culprit in chronic disease in this country: willful ignorance.”

The authors of the study noted that government-sponsored studies have not compared health outcomes in vaccinated versus completely unvaccinated children. Mawson and Jacob told The Defender they hope the government will initiate such studies.

Childhood vaccination schedule likely factor in increased autism diagnoses

The study found that, across all metrics, vaccinated children had a higher rate of neurodevelopmental disorders compared to those who remained unvaccinated. According to the findings:

  • The relative risk of developing a neurodevelopmental disorder grew as the number of doctor’s visits that included vaccinations increased. Children with just one vaccination visit were 1.7 times more likely to have been diagnosed with autism compared to those who were unvaccinated.
  • Children with 11 or more vaccination visits were 340% more likely to be diagnosed with autism compared to unvaccinated children and 89% more likely to be diagnosed with autism compared to children with one vaccination visit.
  • Vaccinated children who were born preterm were 258% more likely to be diagnosed with at least one neurodevelopmental disorder, compared to children born preterm who remained unvaccinated. Nearly 40% of vaccinated preterm children were diagnosed with such a disorder, compared to 15.7% of those who were unvaccinated.
  • Vaccinated children were 419% more likely to be diagnosed with encephalopathy (brain inflammation), 525% more likely to develop tic disorders and 581% times more likely to have a learning disability, compared to unvaccinated children.
  • Among children born preterm who were subsequently vaccinated, the risk of brain inflammation and learning disabilities grew by 612% and 884%, respectively.

“While the connection between receipt of vaccines and autism has been of grave concern to many parents, this study makes it clear that even in the absence of an autism diagnosis, children’s brains are being damaged,” said biologist Christina Parks, Ph.D.

Autism prevalence has grown from 1 in 1,000 children in the 1990s to 1 in 36, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The study’s authors noted this increase is commonly attributed to greater awareness of autism-related symptoms and higher exposure to toxic chemicals.

However, the authors said their results suggest the childhood vaccination schedule may also be a key factor behind the sharp increase in autism diagnoses.

“The geographically widespread increases in ASD [autism spectrum disorder] and ADHD suggests a role for an environmental factor to which virtually all children are exposed. One such factor is routine childhood vaccinations,” the study noted.

The authors cited figures showing that the number of vaccines included in the CDC’s latest U.S. childhood schedule increased nearly threefold compared to the 1983 vaccination schedule.

“Although vaccination is said to be safe and effective for the great majority of children, a legitimate question is whether the expanded schedule could be contributing in some way to rising rates of NDDs [neurodevelopmental disorders],” the study stated.

“Any planned additions to the childhood vaccination schedule should be delayed until research to determine the safety of its impact on children’s overall health is completed,” Mawson and Jacob said.

Results indicate childhood vaccination schedule ‘needs a complete overhaul’

According to the study, the impact of vaccination on children born preterm has not been sufficiently examined.

“The possibility of adverse effects of vaccination on preterm infants may have been obscured by the primary importance placed on vaccinations for preventing neonatal infections,” the study said.

A peer-reviewed study published earlier this month found that preterm infants who received their routine 2-month vaccinations had a 170% higher incidence of apnea compared to unvaccinated babies.

The study also noted that while studies have often attempted to connect rising autism rates to specific vaccines, there has been less research exploring a possible link between the cumulative childhood vaccination schedule and autism.

“A link between vaccination and ASD could be due to the cumulative impact of all preceding vaccinations rather than to a specific vaccine alone,” the study said. “ASD and other NDDs could be triggered by the last vaccination administered or by one or more of a series of vaccinations.”

“There is an urgent need for research to identify biological mechanisms and potential causal relationships between individual vaccines, combinations of vaccines, and other potential factors associated with neurodevelopmental disorders,” Mawson and Jacob said.

Hulscher said the study suggests that the current “CDC hyper-vaccination schedule needs a complete overhaul.” He added, “Not only is it likely contributing to the autism and chronic disease epidemics, but almost all of the vaccines were licensed without proper long-term, placebo-controlled trials.”

Parks said the study’s results reinforce the importance of parental choice.

“However, there were some findings that parents may find comforting,” Parks said. “While preterm infants are extremely vulnerable to encephalopathy and seizures, if parents chose not to vaccinate them, they were statistically no more likely to develop neurodevelopmental disorders than normal-term infants.”

According to a September 2024 CDC report, vaccination rates among children born in 2020 and 2021 were lower than those for children born in 2018 and 2019. Hulscher said that an increasing number of Americans are becoming aware of the risks of childhood vaccination.

“The American public is becoming increasingly aware of the real risks of vaccines,” Hulscher said. He attributed the growing mistrust to “the COVID-19 mRNA injection debacle that killed, injured, or permanently disabled millions of people.”

Hulscher said the study’s results “warrant further study by the new U.S. administration.”
