China has reported its lowest birth rate since 1978: 8.52 births per 1,000 people in 2020, and these figures are dangerously close to the death rate.
According to the 2021 Yearbook, released by the country's National Statistics Office over the weekend, the death rate last year was 7.07 per 1,000 people. That means the population's natural growth rate is at a record low of 1.45 compared to 3.32 in 2019. The birth rate has been in steady decline since 2016 after decades of family planning policies and a changing economic climate.
According to census data released by China in the spring, 12 million babies were born in 2020, the lowest number since 1961. With people aged 60 and over accounting for 18.8% of the 1.4 billion people, China faces a major problem of population aging.
Chinese authorities admit that an increasing number of Chinese from all ethnic groups choose to marry late and have smaller families for economic and educational reasons.
The number of marriage registrations also fell this year to 814.3 per 10,000 couples.
"The next ten years will be a major turning point for my country's population to enter negative growth," warned He Dan, director of the China Population Research and Development Center, in an article published earlier this year.

In his video address, the 80 year-old Archbishop from Rome called on
members of the Christian faith to join together “under the Cross of Our
Lord Jesus Christ, the only King and Savior,” in order to fight back
against the establishment of an insidious ‘New World Order.’
Viganò proceeds to call-out ‘change agents’ embedded throughout
government, the judiciary, mainstream media, institutions and
foundations, seduced by financial gain, status and social affirmation.
He describes how the agenda seeks to stage-manage a series of global
crises in order to consolidate its power and control over the executive,
legislative and judicial branches of stakeholder government in the
global plan.
“Today a health emergency, tomorrow an ecological emergency, and after that, an internet emergency,” said Viganò.
He went on to add, “It is a world war, where the enemies are all of
us…..It’s a war fought not with weapons, but with illegitimate rules,
wicked economic policies, and intolerable limitations of natural
rights.”
He also described the current globalist takeover as a drive to
“centralised power, so as to establish a planetary dictatorship. It is
the Great Reset of the World Economic Forum and (Agenda) 2030 of the
United Nations.”

An insurrectional situation has emerged in Guadeloupe. Roads are closed, buildings set on fire, and clashes between demonstrators and security forces are raging. Many Guadeloupeans have decided that, against dictatorship, violence is a legitimate option. It is a violence directed against the so-called 'health pass' and against the mandatory vaccination of careworkers imposed upon this overseas territory by Metropolitan France.
In September, France had made it compulsory
for all health workers, home carers, transport staff, medical students,
firefighters, and all related personnel to have the
Covid vaccine. This was accompanied with the requisitioning of all Ivermectin stocks in order to force the deeply unpopular vaccine upon the people of Guadeloupe (as well as neighbouring Martinique). According to French government figures, only 33% of Guadeloupeans are vaccinated (versus 75% in Metropolitan France), with a simiar figure in Martinique.
Tensions rose in October with the arrest of two demonstrators, one of them being Claudine Maraton, the general secretary of the UTS-UGTG (the trade union section of the General Workers Union of
Guadeloupe). The UGTG had taken a leading position in the political opposition to the vaccine mandate, a position that the
president of the Guadeloupe region also came to echo. As the conflict sharpened, the governing En Marche party's MP for Guadeloupe began todescribe the situation on the island as “quasi-insurrectional”, with opposition to the Covid regulations showing a “weakening state authority” on the island.
The Minister
of Health, Olivier Véran seemed to recognise the fragility of France's position, and decided to push back the deadline for the vaccination mandate to November 15th. But if November
15th marked the end of the 'health emergency' measures in most of the overseas territories, in Guadeloupe,
it marked the start of an indefinite general strike, launched by a
collective of trade union and citizen organisations against the
mandatory injection of careworkers and the pass sanitaire. At a press conference at the Palais de la Mutualité in Pointe-à-Pitre, Maïté Hubert M’Toumo, the new General Secretary of the UGTG had already sounded the battle-cry: “From Monday, war is declared!”
“From September, the French state decided to renew hostilities […] all doctors and nurses can receive a notice prohibiting them from working. This means that from Monday, the French state which spoke of war has just declared war on us. The situation is catastrophic. Thousands of workers are affected, whom they want to shamelessly fire, without delay or challenge. We can't accept that. It's not possible. The Guadeloupeans are in danger and from the moment war is declared, we are obliged to respond. From Monday, war is declared, there will be nothing that will work, we must organise ourselves so that nothing functions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday… every day! We have no choice, we must come together, all social and professional classes, all Guadeloupeans. From Monday there will be two camps: the camp of the French state which has decided to defile us and defile all who oppose their plans; and the other side that wants to protect the country in order to live in freedom. The French president said that vaccines are freedom, so freedom is conditioned on a vaccine, a vaccine that is not under control, a vaccine that generates more and more serious side effects. Is this freedom? It's not possible. So from Monday, war is declared!”

The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS), also affected by the mandatory vaccination order, had come to assume a leading role in the protests. As the strike began on the 15th, fights broke out between firefighters and the elite gendarmes, When the gendarmes charged one group, thefirefighters responded with jets of water. Other incidents between strikers and police triggered a wave of arrests as the Pointe-à-Pitre prosecutor's office complained of“repeated threats to a law enforcement officer.” Maïté Hubert M’Toumo denounced the arrests in a public statement, calling them “a serious attack on a fundamental freedom which is the right to strike" and rallying “all members and activists to strengthen the picket lines”. Even as the government sent in hundreds of police and
gendarme reinforcements, the strike hardened on the following weekend,
with rioting breaking out in Pointe-à-Pitre and across the Island. Several
gas stations were closed by protesters, and many motorists raided those
that remained open, fearing the strike would impact fuel supplies. As the demonstrations and clashes escalated, shops and pharmacies were torched and looted, while schools, post offices and courts were shut down. Reports
surfaced that protestors had broken into an arms depot in the island’s capital, Pointe-à-Pitre, and stolen rifles. Col Jean Pierre, of the gendarmerie at Pointe-à-Pitre, said some of the protesters had fired upon security forces. “We just don’t know how far
this will still go,” the city’s mayor, Harry Durimel, told FranceInfo
radio.
This weekend, Paris authorities began sending elite police and counterterrorism officers with armoured vehicles to
Guadeloupe in a bid to stamp out the uprising. The police reinforcements set about dismantling protesters’ road barricades while the island's authorities imposed a dusk-to-dawn curfew until Tuesday morning. By Monday the police had arrested at least 38 people charged with looting and smashing shops.
Over the weekend, the main UGTG trade union called for continued protests. Meanwhile, Martinique has followed its neighbour's example and gone on general strike against the measures dictated by Paris.
The cultural rejection
Guadeloupe - like Martinique - has a deep-rooted history of anti-vaccine sentiment linked to distrust of the Paris government. Political scientist Pamela Obertan, who is helping to organise anti-mandate protests explains that Guadeloupeans “are descendants of slaves, and for us, control over our bodies is
really important...The government wants to impose on us a medical experiment. We are still
medical experiments.”
For decades, agriculture
workers in Guadeloupe and Martinique were exposed to an endocrine-disrupting, carcinogenic pesticide called chlordecone. Around 95% of the population in these two islands is known to register chlordecone in their blood. Studies have linkedthe pesticide to prostate cancer, and, significantly, Guadeloupe and Martinique have the highest prostate cancer rates in the world. Yet nothing has been done about real health emergencies such as this one. And this goes a long way to explain the distrust towards the metropolis that is felt in the French Antilles. It is this context that has empowered vaccination-refusal, which is now turning into a
nationalist and patriotic cause.
Accompanying this development, there is a longstanding usage and trust in folk medicine. As Guadeloupe’s
University Hospital director lamented, the vaccine refusniks are “pushing Guadeloupian
pharmacology.” From the start of the aggressive push for ”Covid” vaccination, sales
of Virapic, a syrup based on the local jackass bitters herb, skyrocketed. This tropical shrub (Neurolaena lobata) is traditionally used for treatment of fever and flu symptoms,wounds and infections, and a variety of parasitic ailments such as malaria, ringworm, and amoebiasis. The plant has found a local champion in pharmacist Henry Joseph, co-founder of the laboratory Phytobokaz. Joseph, claims to have proven the plant's efficacy against emerging RNA viruses and thus its relevance to 'Covid-19'.
Whatever comes of such research, the island's distrust in vaccines is unlikely to abate any time soon. The metropolitan government's refusal to negotiate, together with the local suppression of data on vaccine deaths will continue to antagonise an already rebellious populace. According to lawyer Maître Ellen Bessis, the University Hospital Center (CHU) of Guadeloupe never declares vaccination status amongst any hospitalisations. This, she says allows them to register vaccinated deaths in Guadeloupe's hospitals as unvaccinated, which is what she says is happening. Bessis' claim is based on the extensive testimony of firefighters who, in Guadeloupe, share the job of transporting emergency cases to hospital. As the civil liberties organisation Rester Libre !says, “If this information
were verified, it would be an absolute scandal: a statistical lie
designed to hide the dangerousness of the vaccine. It would create a
crisis of absolute confidence with the public authorities, and,
therefore, all the figures, all the data, could be called into question.”
It is difficult to imagine how the execrable Macron government could possibly backtrack in this conflict, or provide any concessions for Guadeloupe. For to do so would undermine the mandate policy in metropolitan France. Yet the rebellion of the island population can only deepen, as Ellen Bessis affirms.
“We wonder what is going on in the mind of the government!" says Jocelyn Zou, of the fire department's union. “We Guadeloupeans have a notion of freedom. But they impose
compulsory vaccination on us when alternative solutions exist. We have every motivation to fight to the end!”
France to send special forces to Guadeloupe after looting, arson:
The risk of developing acute coronary syndrome (ACS) significantly
increased in patients after receiving mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, according
to a report presented at the American Heart Association (AHA) Scientific
Sessions 2021, held from November 13 to 15, 2021.
The study included 566 men and women (1:1) aged 28-97 years, who were
patients in a preventive cardiology practice. All patients received a
new PULS Cardiac Test 2-10 weeks after their second COVID-19 vaccine.
This test result was compared with a PULS score from 3-5 months
prevaccination. The PULS Cardiac Test measures multiple protein
biomarkers, including hepatocyte growth factor [HGF], soluble Fas, and
IL-16, and uses the results to calculate a 5-year risk score for new
ACS. The PULS score increases with above-normal elevation. All
participants received this test every 3-6 months for 8 years.
From prevaccination to postvaccination, the levels of IL-16 increased
from 35=/-20 to 82=/-75 above the norm. Soluble Fas showed an increase
from 22±15 to 46=/-24 above the norm. HGF rose from 42±12 to 86±31 above
the norm. As a result, the 5-year ACS PULS risk score increased from
11% to 25%. By the time the report was published, changes had persisted
for 2.5 months or more after the second vaccine dose.
The study author concluded that “mRNA [vaccines] dramatically
increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of
cardiac muscle and may account for the observations of increased
thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following
vaccination.”

As a "fifth wave" prepares to engulf Europe, all eyes on the old continent are on the "unvaccinated" whose responsibility for the vaccine's ineffectiveness now appears to be established. Fear wins. Panic spreads. We must act, and quickly!
"If nothing is done, we will have 80,000 cases by Christmas," Professor William Dab told LCI on Friday. "Antivaxxers: how to get rid of them?" ran a CNews headline on Saturday morning, while Renaud Muselier called the unvaccinated "viral bombs" earlier in the week and ECB President Christine Lagarde considered them a "threat to financial stability."
There would be reason to fear the worst if we weren't seeing encouraging initiatives in the European Union over recent days. Thus Austria (true to its traditions) has tested locking up the unvaccinated (before finally locking up everyone). France has distinguished itself by sending tanks and the National Gendarmerie to put down the rebellion of Guadeloupeans opposing sanitary restrictions. And Latvia has suspended unvaccinated MPs... Not bad. But it is the Netherlands, a historically progressive land, which has been at the forefront this time by offering a new therapeutic approach to its recalcitrant citizens: shooting them with live ammunition.
One wonders why no one thought of it before. The calculus, however, is quite simple. By getting rid of the 10 or 20% of the unvaccinated population, we would reach the Holy Grail of 100% vaccination ! Quod erat demonstrandum. Endgame for Covid. Immediate return to the "life before". Finally! A shock therapy that carries with it many benefits, such as the end of the health pass, and therefore the restitution of this "freedom" that a handful of enlightened conspiracy theorists imagined they had lost with the establishment of the pass in question. Ironically, they will no longer be there to take advantage of it.
A new hope?
To the list of strengths in this promising new therapy we can add the economic ones. Besides the fact that a bullet costs less than a vaccine, the defenders of this original method note that "the complete treatment regimen" will be much more accessible, since no booster will be necessary! Everything will be settled quickly, in one go ! This should silence the recriminations of the moaners who are always quick to debate a health policy which, however, only cares for their well-being.
It is also an opportunity to put down the cackle of anti-science, since there is no experimentation or revolutionary innovation here. Only good old, organic, solid ancestral methods that have proven themselves in all latitudes. And this time, we won't need to invoke an imaginary future to put forward the hypothetical idea that "we have never had as much hindsight on a vaccine as on this one." Because the hindsight is already here!
"This will sting a little"
But let's not get carried away. There is of course no ideal solution or "magic wand" to get us out of the health crisis. And this promising therapy of "real bullets" has not yet been implemented. It already has its detractors, whose ill will is matched only by their irresponsibility. “A bullet hurts,” some of them remarked. We will not contradict them on this, and the non-vaccinated being notorious sissies who are afraid of pinpricks (cf. Cyril Hanouna), we can well grant them that a bullet is scarier than a needle and that a rifle is scarier than a syringe. But in the end, it's all about saving lives!
It is also true that the 9mm, the most common ammunition of European law enforcement agencies, lacks efficiency or power. With a hint of ambition, one could very well imagine our police officers equipped with 12 caliber. Used at close range, this one has the advantage of maximum efficiency and record speed. "You do not feel anything..", several media experts assured us on the basis of testimonies collected post-mortem: "You will be blown away!" Which will reassure the remaining skeptics.
Unity is strength!
Despite everything, the lack of coordination in the European Union will be deplored once again. While Austria is testing the confinement of the unvaccinated, France is testing tanks in Guadeloupe, and the Dutch are testing live ammunition. What happened to sharing? Where is the common project? This unfortunately will be grist to the mill of EU critics who won't fail to point out this propensity of member countries to go it alone, against all common sense.
Is it so complicated for the leaders to form a united front, to organise a brainstorming in Brussels from where a global solution would emerge, and why not (let's be crazy) a final solution?! One could ideally imagine a convergence of these measures: lockdown of the unvaccinated (and all the other anti-whatevers) enforced by tanks which would fire live ammunition (12 caliber) at the offenders? A little bit daring! Meanwhile, we are not surprised to see the "eurosceptics" denounce another missed opportunity to do good.
Finally, it remains to be hoped that at the very least the mainstream media will tackle the problem head-on, and that after the BFM poll asking "Should we lock up the unvaccinated?" (60% said yes), we are quickly offered a survey asking "Should we shoot the unvaccinated?". The result may surprise many.
This manifesto is addressed to Spaniards from all corners of the country - whether they are left or right, believers or atheists, monarchists or republicans - and from this humble gallery I encourage you to spread it by all possible means, in the face of the totalitarian drift of European and international parliamentary “democracies” and for fear of seeing our nation subjugated by the health dictatorship that is being imposed in neighbouring countries.
We deny the impartiality, objectivity and independence of a media that has bombarded us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with alarm, panic and fear for almost two years now. Likewise, we assert –based on easily verifiable evidence- that the Spanish mass media have shareholdings –and, therefore, interests- with Big Pharma (Pfizer, ModeRNA), all belonging to the business conglomerates Black Rock, Vanguard and others.
We deny that there has been an authentic scientific debate on the origin, cause and impact of the disease called 'COVID19', with the official discourse giving voice only to those who regurgitate the dominant narrative (and with some officials having serious conflict of interests). Meanwhile, those who question it have been criminalised, as occurred to Dr. Pablo Campra Madrid, the professor at the University of Almería who detected undeclared ingredients, such as graphene oxide, as detailed in his expert report.
We deny that the inoculation of experimental drugs called vaccines is 100% guaranteed to be safe and effective, and the statistics have shown this with: increases in myocarditis, pericarditis and other heart diseases, strokes, heart attacks and sudden death in single or double vaccinated people, and overall case increases in spite of high vaccination rates.
We deny that it is necessary to inject minors, a group in which the disease is practically non-existent and, therefore, we condemn the obscene media campaign to vaccinate minors.
We deny the existence of transparency in the health services of the Autonomous Communities, which do not reveal in their COVID19 fatality stats whether the victims are vaccinated or not (only the province of Extremadura does so, with the result that approximately 85% of deaths due to COVID19 occur in vaccinated people, whether, single-dosed, double-dosed or with with booster doses).
We deny the existence of transparency in the contracts signed by the European Commission and the multinational drug manufacturers, in which these companies are exempted from any responsibility in the case of lawsuits for serious side effects.
We deny that the Data Protection Law is being respected when citizens are required - as in an Inquisition - to publicly declare whether or not they are vaccinated against COVID19, as the President did to the leader of the opposition in the Congress of Deputies.
We refuse to bow before the government's threats and coercion to force the whole population to be annually vaccinated (along with COVID passports or 'Green Pass', selective lockdowns of the unvaccinated, etc.), which generates a serious sanitary apartheid violating fundamental human rights and reminding us - tragically - of the identifications that Jews were forced to wear on their lapels under Nazi Germany. This is especially the case when the US Center for Disease Control has already shown that both vaccinated and unvaccinated alike contract and spread infections.
We deny that there is freedom of the press and freedom of expression on social media, whose censorship bodies are in charge of eliminating and restricting the opinions and accounts of those who do not agree with the official narrative.
And, finally, we refuse to remain impassive before the loss of freedoms, the impoverishment of public services (primary care, etc.), the ruin of the economy and loss of jobs, and the degradation of democracy in our country, a degradation that has taken advantage of a health emergency that we now know to have been planned by the powers that be. This story is so plagued with murkiness and inconsistencies that we wonder if the longed-for "old normal" will ever be recovered.
We have seen how Austria has become the first country in the world to create a shameful and indecent lockdown for unvaccinated people. The state's liberticidal laws took effect this week and Interior Minister Karl Nehammer's order to impose control was rejected by the police union, causing panic in the government.
In the name of “human freedom and dignity”, police and military are refusing to check for health passports . A major demonstration is scheduled for Saturday, November 20, in Vienna, in which everyone is invited to participate: vaccinated, unvaccinated, cured, regardless of any political party.
After Austrian Prime Minister Alexander Schallenberg decided to confine unvaccinated people, politicians and trade unions, called for huge demonstrations against this totalitarian measure that destroys freedom in the world.
Herbert Kickl, leader of the FPÖ (Freedom Party), a liberal populist-inspired party, described the government's strategy as “sheer madness”, and called for a change of course. At a press conference earlier this month, Kickl lashed out at the government after they made lockdown for the unvaccinated official:
“Ladies and gentlemen, there is no pandemic of the unvaccinated. Whoever says there is is engaged in marketing. The government needs this idea, because that's what it has based all its atrocities on. What really exists is the ineffectiveness of the vaccine and, therefore, an increase in the spread of the virus among those vaccinated, but also through them. And that's the problem we face. The real problem. And I certainly don't blame the vaccinated, who according to government statements are completely safe. These are people who, because of statements by the minister of health and all those who joined this campaign, feel themselves to be safe.”
According to the representative of the Austrian police unions, Hermann Greylinger, in an interview he defined these controls as "impractical". In fact, a good part of the police authorities declared that they did not intend to implement the controls decided by the government.
“We in the Police are well prepared to ensure the safety of citizens, but please, with reasonable proposals and viable checks” Hermann Greylinger
The moves by the Austrian Federal Court should soon be declared unconstitutional, a measure that has been studied as a model by European countries - mainly by Italy. The progressive communist parties are incessantly working for democracy to be "legally" nullified in countries: canceling democracy in the name of democracy. What a paradox. For now, a resistance is forming in the country that has begun to march en masse through the streets of Vienna in protest. In Italy there are those who applaud the Austrian dictatorial model and paradoxically, after nearly two years of the Pandemic, most European governments are following the examples of failed management and continuing to ignore those countries that did not use liberticidal restrictions, but which nevertheless obtained positive results.
The European elites are beginning to lose the protection they need from law enforcement, And for this reason, the further in implementation of the World Economic Forum's “Great Reset” is getting increasingly difficult.
We are approaching the final showdown, and the battle will be rough!
