Spain issues decree to FINE anyone distributing "misinformation"

The Spanish political class has approved a new Audiovisual Communication Law, which imposes a series of obligations, restrictions and prohibitions upon influencers, streamers, bloggers… backed up with the threat of fines and bans. It is understood that this law will also affect those residing in Andorra, or other
countries, if they have economic ties with Spain.

Application of the law will not proceed via a judge or a trial, but directly by administrative sanctions. And this, despite the decree being unconstitutional.

It also requires all important influencers to be registered (the first step to requiring licenses, and thus allowing information to be issued
only by those licensed by the government).

So now in Spain, it is not only the multinationals YouTube, Facebook, etc. that censor content. The Spanish state also wants to be able to fine or censor directly by order of the government, or control anyone who has a "significant" audience.

As usual, the decree is highly unspecific, so that they can practically do whatever they want.

Meanwhile, Fernando López Mirones, the biologist and educator, owner of a Telegram Channel and author of the book "Yo, negacionsita" (Me, the denier) has been the first to give a statement on this bill:

    “Dear wolf pack:

    I fear that this new gag law that ALL the parties have agreed upon may spell the end of our HOWLING.
    I cannot expose my family to absolute ruin if one of these unconstitutional and dictatorial fines falls on me. I can't say that I was not expecting it. It was clear that we were doing them a lot of damage, and that is why they have decided to go after us directly.
    I earn zero Euros with this work, but the new law is made to crush us, to finish us off. I'll be able tell you more soon, but I may have to shut down all my networks right away. A howl from me.”

Are Telegram's days numbered?

Major Australian media outlets have also been instructed to lay the groundwork for the takedown of Telegram. They're accusing Telegram of recruiting neo-Nazis and spreading 'hate' through extremists.

What is really being spread there is the TRUTH, which, for the globalists, is "hate".
